Solar Salt was established in 1982 by a New Zealander named Chester. The project was first created as a project and was put on trial for years until it was recognized as a viable project in and staffs were given permanency status in 2006. .

Our Work

Ever since the beginning of the solar salt project the company has employed over 300 casual labors spending over (AUD)$150,000 as emolument. There are currently 6 permanent staffs now working for Solar Salt. The company has One Supervisor, a Marketing Officer, an Assistant Supervisor and three Salt Production Officers
